1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting any school form, accessing a linked student service, or making an online payment, you agree to use these services responsibly and only for genuine school-related purposes.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the digital service and contact the school office for assistance.

2. Authorized Use

School digital services are intended for students, parents, guardians, staff, applicants, and visitors who have a legitimate reason to interact with Sparkle Kids International School.

  • Parents and students must keep login details, student IDs, and passwords confidential.
  • Users must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, submit false information, or interfere with website or portal functionality.
  • Any activity performed through a user account may be treated as the responsibility of the account holder or parent/guardian.

3. Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for checking that details submitted through admission, contact, career, student, or payment services are accurate and complete.

  • Student name, class, section, enrollment number, and parent contact details should be verified before submission.
  • Fee head, fee amount, and transaction details should be checked carefully before initiating payment.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may delay administrative processing, receipt generation, document requests, or school communication.

4. Fee Payments

All online school fee payments should be made only through the school-authorized portal or payment link. A payment is considered successful only when the payment system or school office confirms the transaction and issues the relevant receipt or update.

If an amount is debited but no receipt or confirmation is generated, parents should avoid making repeated payments and contact the school office with the transaction reference.

Convenience fees, gateway charges, bank charges, or taxes applied by third-party providers are outside the direct control of the school.

5. Service Availability

The website, admission link, student portal, or payment service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, hosting problems, or payment gateway downtime.

The school will make reasonable efforts to support users, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sparkle Kids International School is not responsible for losses or delays caused by incorrect user details, bank rejection, failed payment gateway response, network failure, unauthorized credential sharing, or circumstances outside the school control.

For failed, pending, or disputed transactions, the school office will assist with verification based on available transaction records and payment gateway confirmation.

7. Updates and Contact

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in school procedures, digital services, or applicable requirements. Continued use of the website or linked services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
